At Emotiva Audio Corporation, we stand behind our high-performance audio equipment with a 30-day risk-free trial to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Return Process

    Request an RMA

    Contact our support team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Securely pack the product in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our Tennessee service center using a trackable shipping method.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
